The master bedroom features an elaborately
carved wooden screen inlaid with abalone
that was purchased by a great uncle while
stationed in Japan. Just past a rounded arch-
way is a tidy study area. The master bedroom
also has sliding glass doors that lead out to
a terra cotta tiled patio, the pool and the
cabana. The bathroom adjoining the master
has button tiles. Typical of a 1930’s house
layout the bath is small.
Just off the kitchen is the family room,
complete with a large coffee table made
originally for a hotel on the East coast.
