That’s French for “What a Night!” And it certainly was for many of our special needs students in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Hollister at the second annual Shining Star Prom. This year’s theme was April in Paris and thanks to the endless generosity of our sponsors, dozens of volunteers and the students’ families, they were treated to festivities that included an onsite salon, boutonnieres and corsages, Eiffel Tower key chains, a photo booth and souvenir picture frames, a caricature artist, delicious food and, of course, hours of DANCING! Our communities came together to show these kids that they are, each and every one, a true Shining Star. JUNE/JULY 2018 gmhtoday.com
