Partnerships: Many public and private entities will get it done. Identify & Capitalize On Existing Assets: Existing unique assets get it done. Quality: All elements of the program must strive for top quality. Change: This comes slowly with planning and engagement. Implementation: Frequent visible results are essential. The road ahead for Gilroy Main Street is full of challenges and opportunities. Businesses and property owners are encouraged to work on Main Street committees. The organiza- tions, however, are set-up so that anyone interested in the downtown can volunteer.
