salads, greens and antioxidants are ideal at night time as your liver replenishes and does its healing over night. Limit alcohol and drink PLENTY of water. I like to say get obsessed with drinking water - then you’ll know you will be having enough. Limit your coffee to a really good one or maybe 2 in the morning (go on - I know you’re going to have that second one - so why not make it quality coffee that is an experience rather than a crutch). I travel with my favourite herbal mint and lavender tea and it’s become part of my end of day ritual to decompress each evening. Don’t forget the best in the business need support too.
