salads, greens and antioxidants are ideal
at night time as your liver replenishes
and does its healing over night.
Limit alcohol and drink PLENTY of
water. I like to say get obsessed with
drinking water - then you’ll know you
will be having enough.
Limit your coffee to a really good one
or maybe 2 in the morning (go on - I
know you’re going to have that second
one - so why not make it quality coffee
that is an experience rather than a
crutch).
I travel with my favourite herbal mint
and lavender tea and it’s become part
of my end of day ritual to decompress
each evening.
