Be flexible but be consistent. If you’re
anything like me then you’re on the
road traveling A LOT or balancing
five jobs in one. I travel six out of seven
days at the moment for my Vitality
Tour delivering workshops with my
corporate teams, running retreats with
my private clients and presenting.
I love every minute, but I changed
my mindset on what my health and
fitness goals were going to be to suit
this busy year. Days get mixed around
so I tailor my sessions based on early
starts to catch flights, and late finishes
with events and coaching calls…and for
the next four months I am on the road
more than at home. I always pack my
workout gear and just use running or
walking as a way to explore each city.
Here’s last week’s snapshot:
Monday 30 mins total:

early, back home 10pm
Before bed: 20 push ups, 20 crunches,
6mins plank, 3mins meditation
Tuesday 30 mins total:
30min early morning jog - grab a coffee
on way back and mediate for 5mins.
Fly to Sydney run workshops, In the
workshop we have a NANO BREAK
and I take the team through the

direct to sleep.
Wednesday 15 mins total:
Super early start coaching call - then
into run a workshop - so I just do 3
yoga poses in the hotel room to kick
start my morning with intention.
