working hard for something that was actually going to be worth it (pictures say a thousand words) He agreed. What he wasn’t expecting was for me to rock up with my PINK, CANON camera and take “professional” pictures of the biggest big wigs in town! I thought it was completely normal – why would we spend money on a photographer when my perfect PINK camera would do the job. He says it was the funniest and most surreal moment of his working life watching me take the pictures and it would stay with him for a long, long time. At that moment, I knew I had taken my Uncle’s words into my everyday life. it work I just had a very strong why as to why I needed to learn all about it. Australia. How could I not? As we all know though, sometimes negativity, and a lack of understanding and education can come from others around you. It certainly did for me and in many forms. Therefore as the doubt in me started to form, I sought advice from two people I respected and trusted in business and in life. My life mentors Aunty Annemarie and Uncle Tony listened to other leaders NOT ALL CORPORATE JOBS WERE “SAFE”— IN FACT, TRADITION WAS CHANGING, AND I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED A PLAN B IF I WAS GOING TO LIVE THE LIFE I WANTED I had a light bulb moment when five of my fellow graduates were made redundant at the age of 22. I realised not all corporate jobs were “safe”— in fact, tradition was changing, and I absolutely needed a plan B if I was going to live the life I wanted. Luckily enough for me, two of my friends at the time introduced me to the industry of Network Marketing. in the industry and everything the business offered. The words of advice they gave me are the most valuable words I’ve ever been given, and I will be forever grateful for them. They reassured me that my belief in this industry was special and that not everyone could see the opportunities I could see.
