Years in travel industry:
30 years and counting... I deserve a
long-service medal!
Dream destination:
Probably New Zealand. A country
full of contrasts. I would love to do
both the North and South Islands by
motorhome. Thus being able to see
the country and the landscapes by
free wheeling. They say to stop and
stay for as long or as short as desired.
The only trouble would be getting
the time off from work to be able to
do this trip. I’m not sure if the boss will
give me 2 months away.
Top travel tip:
Don’t just go on holiday, make
sure you experience your chosen
destination. After all a holiday is
supposed to take you away from the
normal routine of your every day life.

Some favourite destinations:
Barbados, Sri Lanka and Skiing in
Colorado, USA.
Essential travel item:
Suncream and Passport. The first to
give you protection and the second
to remind you who you are!
Trends for 2019 / 2020:
I think for 2019 there will be a continued
trend for “Adventure Holidays.”
By this I mean holidays that are
doing something different, immersing
yourself into the destination.
Not so much a bucket list trip but
trying something new whilst away...
activities, tours, hobbies and
local traditions.
