Fortunately , a breast cancer tumor was found through the health screening check-up and an immediate nextday surgery was conducted to remove the tumor . She also managed to receive a targeted therapy using the latest technology , the Intrabeam IORT , that provides direct radiation to the surrounding cancer area right after her surgical removal . Her entire journey was fast and she was able to return home within four days .
