She came first in the Open-Women's Category in the Half Marathon at the IDBI Federal Life Insurance Spice Coast Marathon that was flagged off by master-blaster Sachin Tendulkar in November. 2. She finished first in the 10 kms Kochi Navy Marathon held later in that month. 3. She won 2nd prize in the open category (10 kms) of the Run4Life Marathon organised by the Rotary Club of Cochin central in December. 4. In January, she finished the 10 kms Kochi Duskathon in first place. 5. In the 10 km Thrissur Marathon in January, she won the 3rd place in the open category. 6. In the 10 km Calicut Marathon in February, she won the 3rd place in the open category. Leading the fitness regime, from the front Young Indians Our students took part in a ‘Horn Not Ok’campaign. Premier Invitational Basketball Tournament They also painted an anganwadi project in Mulanthuruthy Commemorating Cerebral Palsy Day at Adarsh Rehabilitation Centre. The 5th GPS Premier Invitational Basketball Tournament hosted by us in October was won by Bhavans Vidya Mandir, Ellamakara when they defeated The Choice School, Tripunithura in the girl's category. Trouncing Rajagiri Chrithu Jayanthi Public School, Sacred Heart CMI Public School, Thevara went on to become the champions in the boys' category. Our Fistful of Rice Campaign donated 54 kgs of rice to Vignanyodhaya Sadhan, Udayamperoor. Global Gazette
