chief executive of Deutsche Bank Americas to
lead a newly formed division focusing on its
largest clients.
Donna Milrod joins the Boston-based global
custodian where she will lead the delivery of
cross-enterprise solutions and insights into the
company’s global and most complex clients.
˜ ˜ BNY Mellon has appointed its new head
of operations who joins the investment bank
after working at JP Morgan for ten years.
Lester Owens will take up the role at BNY
Mellon as of February next year reporting to
chief executive Charles Scharf. He has more
than 20 years’ experience in leading opera-
tions at various financial institutions, includ-
ing Deutsche Bank and Citigroup.

emerged at Cantor Fitzgerald to lead its equity
