Wallace’s famous fried chicken By Ciara Wallace, The British International School Abu Dhabi Ingredients Method • • • • 1. First chop the chicken into bite size chunks. Beat the crackers into crumbs with a rolling pin. I chose Wallace’s famous chicken because it is absolutely delicious and everyone loves it. It is my family’s favourite food. 5.  Take each piece of chicken and dip in egg first then the cracker crumbs. 6.  Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the chicken pieces until brown and crispy. 7.  erve with BBQ sauce and I like steamed rice S with mine. 27
