Stuffed peppers By Anna Gee, The British International School Abu Dhabi Ingredients Method • • • • • • • 1.  Mix the pork mince with the chopped onion, rice and egg. 6  bell peppers 5  00g pork mince 1  50g cooked rice 1  onion 3  00g sour cream ¾  teaspoon salt 3  tablespoons olive oil 2. Season the mixture with salt. 3.  ut the tops of the peppers out and take the C seeds out. 4.  tuff the mixture into the peppers and stew S them for 30 minutes. 5. Serve with sour cream. 23
