Liquidise the tomato, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and
guajillo chilli to make salsa.
2. ut the salsa in a preheated pan over a low heat for

10 minutes.
3. lace the tortillas in the salsa, leave for 10 minutes

and turn off the heat.
4. erve the chilaquiles in a dish with the cooked

chicken, cheese and sour cream.
I chose chilaquiles
because it is my favourite food
from my country. It is special to me
because it tastes really delicious
and reminds me of my country
because each ingredient tastes
to me like Mexico.
