Open only for dinner and under the direction of Award-Winning Chef Andrew
Sutton, the Napa Rose seasonally changing menu offers California’s freshest
ingredients in craftsman décor inspired by the natural beauty of the Golden State.
As a starter we enjoyed Diver Scallop and Blue Shrimp, main course of Portobello
Mushroom and Burrata Cheese Canneloni and Grilled Creekstone Farms Prime New
York Steak finishing the meal with Dulce de Leche Cheese Cake. A unique offering

After an amazing meal,
we reentered California
Adventure to enjoy World
of Color the nighttime
extravaganza featuring
music, pyrotechnics,
video projected on water
screens, lasers and many
more effects in our own
reserved seating area.
As a Club-Level Guest, we were greeted
at the Valet by our own personal concierge
who took us directly to our room for a
private check-in. Staying in a Club-Level
room gave us our own concierge team as
well as access to The Veranda, a concierge
lounge that offers complimentary snacks and
refreshments in a sophisticated space with a
perfect view of the evening fireworks.
