Credit Union has been
dedicated to strengthening,
enriching, and improving our
communities. Their belief
in giving back lives on through their
partnerships with schools and over
200 nonprofit organizations directly
committed to a stronger, vibrant, resilient
and HEALTHIER San Diego County.
Mission Fed is proud to support the fight
against the number one health threat to
women: heart disease. As part of their

partnership with CBS 8’s Go Red for Women, a project benefiting the American Heart
Association (AHA) San Diego Division, and the support of their members, staff and online
donations, Mission Fed has raised over $50,000. Funds like these are vital for AHA to
continue innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies and provide critical
tools and information to save and improve lives.
Go Red’s message is that when we all join together, we can touch hearts, save lives and
make a real difference in the battle against heart disease and stroke. You can also make
it your mission to prevent heart disease by learning your family history, understanding the
risk factors and empowering yourself and your loved ones to live healthier lives.
With Mission Fed Moments like these, they are serving San Diego today — and working
towards a better tomorrow for us all. To learn more about the Mission Fed difference and
