CM Group leads the way for businesses in the region in need of expanding
their offices and facilities. Local law firm Procopio recently expanded its
operations at two locations; one in downtown San Diego and the other
in Del Mar Heights. The law firm needed additional office space to better
accommodate its attorneys and staff while ensuring more state-of-the-art
client meeting and event space. Approximately 62,000 square feet of office space was
either added or refurbished in the expansion.
“Our focus is not growth for growth’s sake, but rather a result of our ongoing commitment
to providing the highest level of client service,” said Managing Partner John D. Alessio.

of the construction contracts and
assisting the owner and landlord with
leasing requirements.
