A while after dairy was off the table I started to have bad stomach aches. It was nothing other than gluten, so we started eating less bread and trying foods that were gluten free. You’re probably thinking “their diet couldn’t get any weirder!” Think again. My mom decided to become a vegan. The rest of the family still eats meat but not as much as we used to. There was definitely more tofu and bean burgers in the house!

Having our lifestyle become so unique it opened my eyes to how unhealthy people eat! When we started eliminating certain things out of our diet we all morphed into a healthier family as a whole.
