Where is the
T-zone?
The T-zone is
typically the spot
most people have
trouble with oily
areas. It can be
part or all of the
forehead, descend
through your nose
(and right beside
your nose), and
include your
mouth and chin.
Extra oiliness is
normal in these
areas and should
not be confused
with having an
overall oily
complexion.
Dry vs. Dehydrated |: What’s the Difference?
Many people think their skin is dry when it is in fact dehydrated. Does
your skin make fine wrinkles if you hold your finger against it? Does
it feel tight or dry to the touch but you can still see your pores? It’s
probably dehydrated. Try a hydrating mask and drink more water!
