first boiled then
baked or fried with
butter and onions
and traditionally
stuffed with
either ground
meat, cheese,
potato, sauerkraut
or berries and
topped with rich
sour cream.
Pierogis are a
staple of the
Polish diet and
it’s not too hard
to see why.
