TREND Colored denim and checkered
patterns
All the fashion kids in South Korea love
wearing check-patterned blouses. They’ll
tie them around their waist with layered
tees. Colored denim has also become the
newest obsession. In 2014 they’re following
colorful trendsetting designer collections.
Tartan, mint green and cobalt blues are
hot this season – the pops of color compliment coats and booties.
Find a nice inexpensive pair of colored jeans at a trendy thrift shop to
give the trend a try. If the style isn’t
working for you, don’t feel guilty
since they only cost a few bucks.
I am a Girl Gone International
because... It makes my heart beat
faster. Living in another country has
filled my mind with endless ‘happy
thoughts’. My experiences in Asia,
specifically Japan, South Korea,
and Vietnam have changed my
life, specifically my diet. I can’t
imagine the day Kimchi (Korean
spicy cabbage) isn’t within reach,
my body will certainly go into shock.
