How did you get started? I knew what I wanted to do but lacked the required experience, knowledge and professional confidence. I started off by setting goals for myself like completing a Master’s program in Event Management at the National School of Protocol of the Balearics. Before graduating I started working for a German event agency where I got all the experience and confidence I needed. When did you decide it was the right time to start your own business? It just felt so right and natural to move on to the next step. Anne Sophie and I decided to go into business together because we share the same vision for the future and passion for events, tourism and people. What challenges did you encounter during the first year? Some competitors would do whatever they could to make us back off but we stood strong. Paperwork also scared us at first, as we were worried about not knowing all the rules and regulations of running a company in Spain. We therefore decided to hire someone to help us with the paperwork so that we could concentrate on what we really love doing. How have your grown your business?
