FIRTH ANNUAL ART & WINE STROLL
Presented by the Gilroy Downtown Business Association
On May 4 , 2013 Downtown Gilroy looked different . Monterey Street was closed from Fourth to Sixth . Over twenty art vendors set up in the street . Twenty-one businesses open their doors to local wineries who then poured wines for over 500 strollers . The weather was good and feedback from the strollers , wineries , and businesses point to a very successful day … and there was music at nine different locations .
For the first time ever , the Gilroy Downtown Business Association also opened a pop-up wine store . Sales were good and it looks like this will become a regular feature in future wine strolls !
