It ’ s not hard to understand why Kathy Kahlenberg , a Real Estate agent , fell in love with the home . She , with her husband , Tim , purchased it three years ago .

A little sweater that was crocheted by Kathy ’ s mother has a prominent place above the bookshelf in the play space designated for their grandchildren .
