From our testing using air and water cooling an Uncore Frequency that ’ s approximately 400 MHz lower than CPU frequency usually results in a more stable CPU .
The formula for Uncore frequency is CPU Base Clock * Uncore Ratio = Uncore Frequency
Enter “ Advanced CPU Core Settings ” under the “ M . I . T .” tab and go to “ Uncore Ratio ” and type “ 45 ”.
