REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Children under 16 must be accompanied by
an adult at all times. Pick up a free badge
for them onsite. Children 16 and over must
register at the adult price. Must have a valid
drivers’ license to operate equipment.
Photocopy the form on pg. 23 for additional
registrations. Print clearly in black ink. After
Oct. 12 fees are nonrefundable. See FAQs at
www.gie-expo.com for refund policy.

Early-bird: Register by Sept. 6, 2018 and pay
only $15** per person.
Sept. 7 – Oct. 14, 5 PM Eastern time, and pay
