Her own search for a precise skincare treatment led Ravinpreet kaur to establish Skin Master Medispa in 2017 . With her own needs as a starting point , Dr Ravin determined that while current treatments and machines in the market were suited for different purposes , a specific combination of both was needed , especially for Asian skin .
After extensive research and testing , Dr Ravin determined that Asian women , while sharing many similar skin issues with other races , had differing needs when it came to treatment . Armed with her knowledge and prior experience as a medical doctor , Dr Ravin , together with her dedicated team of doctors and trained staff , began offering clients a range of new treatments covering skin care and beauty .
At Skin Master Medispa , there is an extensive catalogue of treatments available , covering the client from head to toe . Among the most popular treatments requested by Skin Master clients are the hair growth programme , body sculpting , and laser hair removal .

Skin Master Medispa outlet in the Klang Valley in Malaysia , satisfied clients have spread the word , citing their satisfaction with the quality and level of service provided . This allowed the Skin Master team to rapidly expand both the number of outlets and the variety of treatments offered .
There are now eight Skin Master Medispa centres throughout Malaysia , with thousands of satisfied customers . In addition , plans are in progress to establish another eight new Skin Master Medispa outlets , with further expansion into ASEAN in the near future .
Not one to rest on her laurels , Dr Ravin sees the expansion of Skin Master Medispa and the treatments that are its unique touch as key drivers . Aside from plans to bring Skin Master to a wider segment of clients , the company hopes to establish “ Menara Skin Master ”, where training and treatment can be carried out as a one-stop solution for skin care and personal health and wellness .
With a philosophy of safety , value for money , and effective treatments , Skin Master Medispa believes the needs of the customer come first . This is reflected in the level of hands-on training and monitoring given to Skin Master staff .
Customer satisfaction is a primary goal for Dr Ravin and all her staff at Skin Master . Procedures for the treatment given to clients are documented , and staff receive overall targets for satisfying client needs as well as work performance .
The importance of a work-life balance is important to Dr Ravin who believes one cannot be favoured over the other . This emphasis on balance also carries over into her work at Skin Master Medispa , where treatments target what is best for the customer and what is most cost effective .
