Bamboo Flooring
Bamboo is one of the best renewable resources on
the planet. It is environmentally friendly as it grows
and spreads quickly without the need for fertilizers,
pesticides or water resources.
Bamboo flooring is stronger and denser than most
hardwoods available. Tests show bamboo flooring
is 12% harder than maple and 26% harder than
northern red oak. Bamboo is generally more stable
than timber as it expands and contracts 50% less.
