Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings
of Kew Gardens for FREE, whilst taking part in
a health walk, led by trained volunteer Walk
Leaders. Scheduled health walks are for Hounslow
residents only, with limited places available.

Hounslow Health Walks
Led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders, Hounslow Health Walks take
place across the borough, making use of local green spaces, parks and
woodlands. Usually lasting between 40 minutes to 1 hour, all walks are
FREE and you don’t need any expensive kit to take part; just a comfortable
pair of shoes. Please note, all our walks are led by volunteers and times/
dates do sometimes change; please call to confirm.
• Feltham Health Walk – Wednesdays, 11am – 12pm.
Meeting point: Feltham Assembly Hall, Hounslow Rd, Feltham,
TW14 9DN
• Lampton Park Health Walk – Thursdays, 9.30am - 10.30am.
Meeting point: Lampton Park entrance near Civic Centre (next to
children’s play area), Lampton Rd, Hounslow TW3 4DN
• Osterley Park Walk - Last Wednesday of every month, 10am – 12pm.
