Customs service will return and it will add cost to the already problematic export/import sector for those countries, not to mention the amplified impact to commercial routes for the whole of E.U.. A major security concern is also that if Greece withdraws/exit Eurozone on its own will, then Europe will have to face a huge flow of 2 to 3 million immigrants which are crossing Greece illegally and will lose their chance to live their dream at the West, so they will be entering via other countries (e.g. Italy, Bulgaria ). Greece will not be bonded then by Dublin II-III agreement and it is possible to let them try to enter EU, following the Turkish example. We should not forget that Greek borders are protected by the contribution of FRONTEX which is assigned to guard European borders. Adding to the above point , someone should also consider that Greece can play a role to diminish and narrow down Turkey’s will to become a regional power in the Balkans and in that sense push even more European Union on many things. Some of them is the immigration phenomenon along with the demand of joining Union without even complying on basic things like press liberty and human rights. Last but not least, is that for the first time since ancient times a country with modern fighting army and people whose culture is the “birthmother of Western Civilization” , will turn to the East. A history repeat which ended thousands years ago in favor of the West with the defeat of the Persians at Salamis and Plataia. Greece's future is unpredictable and at present time have the worst possibilities to evade a possible disaster, but Greece is not in a no way out situation, by any means. Both Europe and Greece would suffer tremendously if Greece is thrown out and forced to shift to the North or East in the long run. Such a scenario would look like one who cuts down a branch of a tree, he sits on. In every article like this one, a point is missing.. ok.. this is the case and the facts. What's the solution? Greece cannot continue to live on loans paid by hard working people of Europe, but also Greek people do not want in essence to leave West/EU in general. Our G&Dn proposal is to create a new "Marshall plan" which would be strictly directed and implemented by Western politicians in coordination with a national Greek government which would be formed by capable people and not political parties. Reforms and restructuring are essential, especially concerning Judicial and Public sector. The sum of loan governed by British law, is also to be re-adjusted as it is clearly not viable nor refundable. In reality no country can pay back 540bln euro on its own. It can however use a great percentage of it to build a country that will be able to aid and participate to the original European dream as it was first conceived by Europe's politician and people.
