In other words, the report depicts the
support of its authors to notions in line
with Bad Apple Theory, which states that
everything that had happened, had been a
result of people who did not paid enough
attention. Like it is truth that if somebody
would have put in some more effort
nothing would have happened. It also
implies that they are so many who are
unable to recognize the significance of
indications that long have existed.
Unfortunately, nothing was heard about
the fact that a 27-years young pilot could
so deeply enter a depression state so early
in his life, for reasons that were never
been looked for. Like nothing has been
said for his financial status, the amount of
money he was in debt, and the reason
that had led him work as a flight attendant
for nearly two years before he could get
his flight license.
For those who can read between the lines
of the report, it sounds normal for medical
doctors, to become bound by their profession to use the phone just after a 20 or 30 minutes that a
medical examination lasts, to inform Aviation Authorities for a potential medical incident that most
likely it will lead to someone losing his/her job.
Another reality states that nobody from the Top management team in that Airline ever thought before
of creating a serene business environment, so as employees (let’s say pilots at least) be able to create
human relationships, so they will be in a position to distinct human pain and suffer and help each
other. Unless that had been created no one should seek from people to tell on others.
It is the simplicity that outruns an existing complexity, that it is out there in great numbers in life and
definitely we need comprehend it, if we intend to fill humanity’s history with at least pleasant
moments.
