This is a high-energy boxing class focused on
learning the fundamentals of boxing. Train
like Rocky, performing footwork drills, various
punching techniques, bob and weaves, etc.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to cross-
train for a new challenge, you will experience
an empowering workout that will strengthen
your fitness and confidence levels! Handwraps are
required and can be purchased at most sporting goods stores.
