11 Classes
This class features 20 minute intervals to help
strengthen and tone your body. 20 minutes will
be spent on cardio, including - step, Zumba®,
kickboxing & bootcamp. 20 minutes of strictly
weight training including upper/lower back
& legs. 20 minutes of core, balance & stretch
targeting abs. Each session will end with a

Bosu Boot Camp

This class combines interval circuit training
with BOSU conditioning exercises to create
the ultimate circuit workout! Challenge
your balance, build strong, lean muscle, and
strengthen your core with a series of drills using
the BOSU balance trainer (a cross between a
stability ball and core board).

Circuit Training
Ages 14 & older

exercise stations while alternating between cardio

Exercising with Parkinson's
Ages 60 & older
11 Classes
In this specially designed Parkinson’s
and Movement Disorder class, clients are
encouraged to amplify their movements in
several specific movement patterns to improve
strength, endurance, balance, respiration,
mobility/gait and trunk rotation. Exercises may
be performed seated or standing. Agility gait
exercises are also often included in the program
to promote more high level balance training
and reduce risk of falls. Our certified fitness
instructors have participated in training from
Northwestern Medicine to provide a safe and
appropriate workout to participants. Please note:
participants may bring someone to assist them if they have

HIIT the Barre
Ages 14 & older

HIIT the Barre is a challenging, low-impact, yet
high-intensity fitness class designed to produce
lean, sculpted bodies. This class combines ballet
barre work, core conditioning, and innovative
muscle strengthening exercises that focus on
balance, stability, and muscular endurance,
coupled with short, high-intensity intervals to
elevate the heart rate and activate the anaerobic
