Exercises may be performed seated or standing. Agility gait exercises are also often included in the program to promote more high level balance training and reduce risk of falls. Our certified fitness instructors have participated in training from Northwestern Medicine to provide a safe and appropriate workout to participants. Please note: participants may bring someone to assist them if they have significant balance issues.
