eye coordination and left/right coordination

Big Diggers Volleyball

This exciting class is for all high school students
who love to play volleyball, but prefer a fun
recreational environment rather than the high
intensity of club ball. The first 15 minutes will be
spent warming up. The remaining 75 minutes
will be spent playing volleyball games. Teams
will be created on the first night and may change
based on weekly attendance. Class focus will be

Girls Middle School Volleyball League
6th-8th Grade
10 Weeks
This league will emphasize on skill, teamwork,
and character development. Participants will
get a schedule at the beginning of the season
letting them know when they practice and
play. League will not meet on Saturdays or
Sundays. There will be an end of season seeded
tournament. Teams will be mixed with all grade
levels. If needed player assessments would take
place in late March. Please note: players will NOT meet
5 days a week and will only practice 1.25 hours at a time.
Schedule will be provided at the beginning of the season.
Most common meeting dates will be Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday. Practices and games are held at various District
304 Gymnasiums.(JH)

The Program is available to all levels of
experience. Beginner participants will be
introduced to the sport of wrestling, rules,
positions involved, and basic techniques for
success. Intermediate and advanced members
will have the opportunity to develop their
current abilities as well as learn new exciting
skills and techniques to add to their repertoire
and succeed at the highest levels. This class
will involve wrestling technique, strength/
conditioning, competition, and fun/games
that will engage the participants in the many
components of the sport of wrestling. Directions to
Wrestling Gym: Please go through Mack Olsen Gym entrance
on Logan Street - turn left and go up the first staircase on
