Floor Hockey Camp
Ages 8-10

Improve balance, posture and overall
coordination. This is designed to teach the
rules and mechanics of this fast paced game
without the skates. No checking will be
allowed but everyone must come prepared to
play hard. This camp will challenge everyone
involved to ensure they improve with their stick
work, teamwork, and overall knowledge of the
game. We will cover the mechanics of passing,
shooting, puck control, defense and offense in
a fun and safe environment. Equipment: Hockey
Stick. Mandatory Protection: Hockey helmet or bike helmet,
hockey gloves, knee and elbow pads. Optional Protection:
Mouth guard, shin pads, wrist pads. Instructor: All Star Sports

Arena Flag Football League
Ages 7-10
Learn the game from all angles as each
participant plays each position in a safe and fun
environment. Please note: minimal contact and
no tackling. This league is an extension of the
outdoor league, however will have less players
to ensure more touches. Games will be played 6
v 6. First Class will meet for two hours and then
participants will play one hour each week during

Multi-Sports Camp
Ages 5-7
3 Classes
This camp is for the all-around athlete or
for someone who wants to try it all. Sports
like soccer, basketball, hockey, football, and
baseball will be taught in detail. The main
focal point of this camp is teamwork and
sportsmanship. Each sport is covered in a way
so that every participant can contribute to his
or her team’s success. This camp is not about
winning or losing it’s about having FUN and

This action-packed class will emphasize the
importance of teamwork and sportsmanship,
while teaching the basic skills of passing,
shooting and stick handling. Equipment needed:
Bike helmet and gloves. Students will have a one-hour game
within the two-hour time slot. Each child will receive an

Boys and girls learn in a fun and positive
atmosphere where everyone plays. This
instructional league will allow children to play
while working on fundamentals and games
situations. A schedule will be handed out once
teams are made. Kindergarten games will be
played 45 min and 1st/2nd Grade will play one
hour during your scheduled class time.

series, this fictional sport has come to life!
Quidditch is a mixed gender sport with a unique
mix of elements from Lacrosse, dodgeball, and
tag. A team is made up of athletes who play with
brooms between their legs at all times. This fast
paced exciting game is sure to keep everyone

Jr. Baseball Skills
Ages 8-10
1 Class
Our top notch baseball trainers will cover the
importance of proper throwing mechanics,
rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching
and catching. Speed and agility will be added to
increase core strength and mobility for added
bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for
base running. In game strategies will be taught
to increase each players overall knowledge.
Equipment: Please bring a water bottle and glove (may bring
