Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ Low Impact Interval
Transform your body as you shed fat,
define muscle and dramatically enhance
aerobic performance with Jillian Michaels
BODYSHRED™. This 30-minute, high intensity,
metabolic conditioning workout utilizes a 3-2-1
interval approach to whole body circuit training
(3 min. of strength, 2 min. of cardio, 1 min. of
abs) with no rest. Instructor: M-Jessica Golden, W-Jen Maximize cardio and strength benefits by
combining low impact cardio segments
with muscle building exercises. Also work
on improving balance and core strength.
Equipment used includes hand weights,
resistance bands and stability balls.

greater flexibility. Learn the basic principles and
techniques of Pilates in a supportive and relaxed
atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to
work at their own pace and each exercise can be
modified to fit the individual.
