Fitness Classes Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ Low Impact Interval Transform your body as you shed fat, define muscle and dramatically enhance aerobic performance with Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™. This 30-minute, high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout utilizes a 3-2-1 interval approach to whole body circuit training (3 min. of strength, 2 min. of cardio, 1 min. of abs) with no rest.
