We take weight-training up a notch by using a variety of traditional equipment like dumbbells and the stability ball, and mix in the barre, the Pilates ball, and our own body weight to leave no muscle untouched! Exercises may be performed seated or standing. Agility gait exercises are also often included in the program to promote more high level balance training and reduce risk of falls. Our certified fitness instructors have participated in training from Northwestern Medicine to provide a safe and appropriate workout to participants. Participants may bring someone to assist them if they have significant balance issues.
