This class features 20 minute intervals to help
strengthen and tone your body. 20 minutes will
be spent on cardio, including - step, Zumba®,
kickboxing & bootcamp. 20 minutes of strictly
weight training including upper/lower back
& legs. 20 minutes of core, balance & stretch
targeting abs. Each session will end with a

Muscle Barre is a challenging muscle-building
experience that fuses together traditional
strength-training exercises to work the large
muscle groups--with barre choreography and
floor exercises to define the tiny muscles as well.
We take weight-training up a notch by using a
variety of traditional equipment like dumbbells
and the stability ball, and mix in the barre, the
Pilates ball, and our own body weight to leave

Boot Camp Blast

Exercising With Parkinson's
Ages 60+

In this specially designed Parkinson’s and
Movement Disorder class, clients are encouraged
to amplify their movements in several specific
movement patterns to improve strength,
endurance, balance, respiration, mobility/gait
and trunk rotation. Exercises may be performed
seated or standing. Agility gait exercises are
also often included in the program to promote
more high level balance training and reduce risk
of falls. Our certified fitness instructors have
participated in training from Northwestern
Medicine to provide a safe and appropriate
workout to participants. Participants may bring
someone to assist them if they have significant

Challenge your strength and endurance in this
unique combo class combining the aerobic
benefits of cardiovascular training with
functional strength exercises to help boost total
body fitness through core stability movements.
This class combines interval circuit training with
conditioning exercises and resistance training.
We will work every angle and modality including
stability, power, speed, endurance, agility and
flexibility. Challenge your balance, build strong,
lean muscle and strengthen your core through
a series of progressive exercises that engage the
whole body. This class is suitable for all fitness

Experience the benefits of functional training
no matter what your fitness level. You will be
pushed to your own limit as you work through
stations using medicine balls, TRX bands, heavy
rope, agility ladders, and more. You will get
an all-body workout that will be different each
week. You will be pushed to make changes to
your own body, at your own pace, at your own
