Baseball/Softball Camp

This camp will challenge each player to improve
their skills and learn how to take them to the
next level. Mechanics including: hitting, fielding,
base running, pitching and catching will be

The basic mechanics of cradling, passing,
catching, shooting, footwork, positioning, and
decision-making will be practiced and improved.
Game play will demonstrate offensive, defensive,
and face-off strategies. Please note: contact will
be minimal and rules will be covered. Required
equipment: caged helmet, gloves, water bottle.
Extra sticks will be on site, but please bring your
own. Recommended equipment: upper arm
guards, slash guards, and shoulder pads

Baseball Tune Up Skills Camp
Ages 8-14
Improve balance, posture and overall
coordination. This is designed to teach the
rules and mechanics of this fast paced game
without the skates. No checking will be
allowed but everyone must come prepared to
play hard. This camp will challenge everyone
involved to ensure they improve with their stick
work, teamwork, and overall knowledge of the
game. We will cover the mechanics of passing,
shooting, puck control, defense and offense in
a fun and safe environment. Equipment: Hockey
Stick. Mandatory Protection: Hockey helmet or bike helmet,
hockey gloves, knee and elbow pads. Optional Protection:
Mouth guard, shin pads, wrist pads. Instructor: All Star Sports

Summer 2019
Multi-Sports Camp
2 Classes
Brush up on your mechanics and continue
working on your skills from the summer
season. Focus on the finer points of fielding,
throwing, pitching, catching, base running and
hitting. Bunting will also be taught. Players will
learn through instructional games where the
coaching staff will use teaching moments to
focus on situations positioning. This camp will
really help each player have more confidence
and improved mechanics for the fall season.
Please note: bring Bat and Glove, wear protective cup.
