Increase your speed and agility and improve
your game. Focus on form, start and stop
speeds, directional change/acceleration, and
fun games. Equipment: Water Bottle and Running Shoes.

The basic mechanics of cradling, passing,
catching, shooting, footwork, positioning, and
decision-making will be practiced and improved.
Game play will demonstrate offensive, defensive,
and face-off strategies. Please note: contact will be
minimal and rules will be covered. Required equipment: caged
helmet, gloves, water bottle. Extra sticks will be on site, but
please bring your own. Recommended equipment: upper arm

Soccer Camp
Ages 6-11
Focus on the basic building blocks while still
challenging each player and team to improve
on their knowledge and skill set. All players are
required to in-line skate from the start. Required
equipment: Gloves, knee and elbow pads, caged helmet, in
line skates and a hockey stick. Teams will play one hour per
given time slot. Schedules will be handed out once teams
