Designed exclusively for men, this basic yoga
class introduces poses that will strengthen
and stretch your muscles, improve posture
and prevent injuries. Yoga opens up areas
typically tight in men today – the back, hips
and hamstrings. It also strengthens legs, arms
and abdominal muscles, promoting energy and
balance, while reducing stress. Real men CAN
