All of Your Soccer Needs Under One Roof The Tri-Cities Soccer Association ( TCSA ) was founded in 1977 to provide a fun and healthy environment for area youth , from 4-19 years old , to play soccer . Today , it has grown to be one of the largest independent youth soccer organizations in Northern Illinois with great support from the local park districts . We offer families three levels of participation : RECREATIONAL , CLASSIC and PREMIER .
