This circuit training class offers the best of cardio
and strength training. Burn calories, strengthen
muscles, increase flexibility and improve your core
with innovative exercises. A variety of equipment
will be used; stability/weighted ball, tubes, bands,

WERQ® is a dance fitness workout that torches
calories while you rock out to pop, rock, and
hip-hop music. The WERQ® warmup previews
the dance steps used in class and the cooldown
includes yoga-inspired poses to stretch and

Training (H.I.I.T.) class using traditional fitness
moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style
