This is a high-energy boxing class focused on
learning the fundamentals of boxing. Train
like Rocky, performing footwork drills, various
punching techniques, bob and weaves, etc.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to cross-
train for a new challenge, you will experience
an empowering workout that will strengthen
your fitness and confidence levels! Handwraps
are required and can be purchased at most sporting goods

special focus on joint mobility to help improve

Power Hour Pump Party
Ages 14 & older

Challenge your mind and body in this high
intensity, no-impact strength training circuit
class using a variety of equipment such as sliding
discs, bands, kettlebells, stability balls, Bosus
and weights, and yoga straps for stretching.
Spin bikes will be incorporated periodically into
the circuit, with all classes finishing with a good
relaxation/restorative cool down stretch.
