Classes Vary
This class features 20 minute intervals to help strengthen and tone your
body. 20 minutes will be spent on cardio, including - step, Zumba®,
kickboxing & bootcamp. 20 minutes of strictly weight training including
upper/lower back & legs. 20 minutes of core, balance & stretch targeting
abs. Each session will end with a complete body stretch. Instructor: M-Susi

muscles by integrating aspects of ballet, functional strength training,
yoga and Pilates along with cardio bursts. Build core strength, balance

Muscle Barre is a challenging muscle-building experience that fuses
together traditional strength-training exercises to work the large muscle
groups--with barre choreography and floor exercises to define the tiny
muscles as well. We take weight-training up a notch by using a variety
of traditional equipment like dumbbells and the stability ball, and mix in
the barre, the Pilates ball, and our own body weight to leave no muscle

cardio class that offers a mix of kickboxing techniques, drills and other
cardio exercises, complemented with strength and ab/core work.
PulsePointe barre is a creative and challenging barre experience that
alternates between intervals of muscle sculpting strength work and
high energy cardio segments to define and challenge the body. This
class blends together kickin’ cardio with elements of ballet and Pilates to

challenged. Complete the challenge with body sculpting.
Dynamic Strength & Stretch

This class combines the intensity of weight training with the core strength
of Pilates and the flexibility of Yoga. We will use hand weights, stability
balls, tubing and your yoga mat. You will be challenged to develop muscle
