Registration Information
Geneva Park District Residents Resident Registration Day : August 7
Residents can mail-in , drop-off , or fax-in registration forms anytime after receipt of the brochure . Residents are not required to hold their registration forms until registration day . Forms will be processed randomly instead of in the order they are received .
All Geneva Park District Registration Forms received through August 6 at 9:30 pm will be held and processed randomly beginning August 7 at 8:30 am . Once these registrations have been completed , all registrations received on August 7 or after will be processed on a daily basis .
Non-Residents Non-Resident Registration Day : August 14
Non-residents should mail-in , drop-off , or fax-in registration forms anytime after receipt of the brochure . Non-residents are not required to hold their registration forms until registration day . Forms will be processed randomly , instead of in the order they are received .
All registration forms received through August 13 at 9:30 pm will be held and processed randomly beginning August 14 at 8:30 am . Once these registrations have been completed , all registrations received on August 14 or after will be processed on a daily basis .
Online Registration
Log onto genevaparks . org , click the Register Now icon located on the right side of the page .
If you are a new customer , you will need to establish a new username and password , and verify residency prior to registering online . Click “ Request an account ” and follow the directions to complete the form .
Walk-In Registration
Walk-in registrations may be completed at :
Sunset Community Center 710 Western Avenue Monday-Friday 5:30 am - 9:30 pm Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Stephen D . Persinger Recreation Center 3507 Kaneville Road Monday-Friday 5:30 am - 9:30 pm Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Walk-in registrations may be paid by cash , credit / debit card or check . The park district does not have access to card numbers from previous registrations , therefore card information is needed for each registration . Registration is not complete without payment .
Ways to Register
Phone Registration
To register by phone , call 630-232-4542 or 630-232-4501 . An Annual Waiver for each participant must be completed and on file prior to registering over the phone . The waiver can be found online at genevaparks . org , click on the Programs tab , go to handbooks / waivers / forms . Proof of residency will also be required for new accounts .
Phone registration is available during office hours only ; registration requests cannot be left on our voice mail system . Resident phone registrations will not be taken on the first day of resident registration , and Non-Resident phone registrations will not be taken on the first day of non-resident registration .
Phone registrations must be paid by credit or debit card . The park district does not have access to card numbers from previous registrations , therefore card information is needed for each phone registration . Registration is not complete without payment .
If a valid email has been provided , a receipt will be emailed to you . Paper receipts will not be mailed .
Phone Registrations are not accepted for Preschool , Kids ’ Zone , summer camps , facility memberships and passes , or for gymnastics and dance payment plans .
Fax-In Registration
To register by fax , complete a registration form and fax it to 630-232-4569 .

Mail-In Registration
To register by mail , complete a registration form and mail it along with your payment to : Geneva Park District , 710 Western Avenue , Geneva , IL 60134 .
