This class is for individuals of any age and all
body types. Focus will be on those newer to
yoga or those who would like to reconnect to
yoga. You will reap the many benefits of yoga
with slower moving basic Hatha poses, gentle
movements, breathwork, stretching, restorative
poses, and self-healing. Blanket and bolster are

Men's Yoga & Stretch

Designed exclusiv ely for men, this basic yoga
class introduces poses that will strengthen

and prevent injuries. Yoga opens up areas
typically tight in men today - the back, hips
and hamstrings. It also strengthens legs, arms
and abdominal muscles, promoting energy and
balance, while reducing stress. Real men CAN do
