This circuit training class offers the best of cardio
and strength training. Burn calories, strengthen
muscles, increase flexibility and improve your
core with innovative exercises. A variety of
equipment will be used; stability/weighted

class is for you! Switch Training will challenge
your body with alternating weeks of 30 minutes
of cardio kickboxing and step to build your
cardiovascular endurance and 30 minutes
of weights and core to tone your body. Say
goodbye to boredom and hello to results!

Instructor: Colleen Williams Attention commuters: get in your daily sweat in
45 minutes! Join us for High Intensity Interval
Training (HIIT) involving cycles of 20 seconds
of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest
to continue to burn calories long after your
workout is complete. Circuits will involve total
body functional movements that target every
