Freedom BANG™ is an urban-inspired mixed-
fitness group exercise class. Bang is a unique
fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip
hop, world dance and bodyweight training.

Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™ Exercising With Parkinson’s
Transform your body as you shed fat, define
muscle and dramatically enhance aerobic
performance with Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™.
This 30-minute, high intensity, metabolic
conditioning workout utilizes a 3-2-1 interval
approach to whole body circuit training (3 min.
of strength, 2 min. of cardio, 1 min. of abs) with
no rest. Instructor: M-Jessica Golden, W-Jen Leden In this specially designed Parkinson’s
and Movement Disorder class, clients are
encouraged to amplify their movements in
several specific movement patterns to improve
strength, endurance, balance, respiration,
mobility/gait and trunk rotation. Exercises
may be performed seated or standing. Agility
gait exercises are also often included in the
program to promote more high level balance
training and reduce risk of falls. Our certified
fitness instructors have participated in training
from Northwestern Medicine to provide a
safe and appropriate workout to participants.
Participants may bring someone to assist them
if they have significant balance issues. Instructor:

Dance away calories to drumbeats and hip-
hop/reggae with HOT HULA fitness®. Inspired
by the dances of the Pacific Islands, the class
incorporates easy to perform dance movements
set to traditional Polynesian drum beats fused
with funky Reggae music, for a modern, hip
fitness workout which provides a total body
workout that isolates your larger muscle groups,
increasing strength and definition to your core.

This is a high-energy boxing class focused on
learning the fundamentals of boxing. Train
like Rocky, performing footwork drills, various
punching techniques, bob and weaves, etc.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to cross-
train for a new challenge, you will experience an
empowering workout that will make you want
to come back for more! Please note: Handwraps are
required and can be purchased from GPD or at most sporting
