4 Classes Learn how ride up and down ramps , how to flow through a skatepark , the basics of an ollie and dropping in . 4 Classes Intermediate skateboard classes will get more technical than the beginner classes . Dropping in and other sorts of flip tricks will be taught at the intermediate levels . 7 Classes Did you know fencing is statistically the most safe and least injurious sport ? Students will progress from beginning fencing moves to incorporating them into game strategy . RCL Fall league is played on small fields with smaller rosters to encourage high tempo lacrosse while focusing on the important individual and team fundamentals of lacrosse . Each Sunday , teams work through a 20 minute warm up , followed by league game . Each location has a River City Director on site to ensure quality and assist in team practices .
