Hol cheese factory is a family business run by Reidar and Kjersti Stenberg with family, they are 3rd and 4 generation cheese makers. In addition to making Prestholt goat cheese at Prestholt 1242 msl they have made their cheese factory in Hol. Here they make the excellent Leirgrøv white goat cheese. Take route 50 from Hagafoss and turn on to Ålmannvegen/ Nerolsgutu in the center of Hol. Visit the store and cheese factory in Hol.
